Refund & Returns Policy

At Jelly Belly South Africa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be in the original packaging.

• You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

Please note: Due to the nature of our products (air fresheners), we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

• Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us on 072 901 8865.

Shipping Costs

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item unless the return is due to an error on our side (e.g., you received the wrong or damaged item).

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
